Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NEXXIO platform ("Service"), operated by NEXXIO SA ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NEXXIO provides an autonomous AI platform comprised of:

SaaS applications: self-serve business tools for CRM, analytics, SEO, billing, HR, and other functions.
IO (Intelligent Operators): autonomous AI agents that execute business tasks on your behalf.
Enterprise tiers: full platform access with dedicated infrastructure, SLAs, and support.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be automatically adjusted based on your country of access through our Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) tiers. The applicable price is shown at the time of subscription.

4.2 Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Annual subscriptions receive a discount as indicated on the pricing page.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond normal usage.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, and AI models, remain the exclusive property of NEXXIO SA. You retain all rights to the data you input and the outputs generated for you.

7. Service Level

Enterprise tiers include a Service Level Agreement (SLA) as specified in the applicable contract. SaaS and lower tiers are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXXIO SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
